Erythritol Production
Bioxytol, as a company focused on research and development, is biotechnologically innovating in the production of new generation sweeteners such as Erythritol. In this case, it is a project for the design and validation of the parameters for the production of erythritol on a large scale through new fermentations different from the classical ones currently established. The ultimate goal is to improve the quality of people’s diet and health.
This project is financed by the European Regional Development Fund (FEDER), ICE and Junta de Castilla y León, with the aim of promoting technological development, innovation and quality research.

Isomaltulose Production
Bioxytol, as a company focused on research and development, is innovating biotechnologically in the production of new generation sweeteners such as isomaltulose. In this case, it is a project aimed at the design and validation of the parameters for the optimization in the production of isomaltulose through controlled fermentation reactions. The ultimate goal is to reduce costs to generate competitive advantages and thus offer better access to the product. This is intended to improve the quality of the diet and the health of people.
